Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At MedIIT Quality Education Institute, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy to our students. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

1. Course Fees Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests will be considered only if submitted within 7 days of payment for the course or service.
  • The refund request must be accompanied by a valid reason for cancellation and proof of payment.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration fees or processing charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be granted for courses already availed or if significant course materials have been accessed/downloaded.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed upon.

2. Mock Tests and Exam Fees

Fees for mock tests or special examination packages are non-refundable unless the test is canceled by the institute due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy

Course Cancellations

  • Students can cancel their enrollment within 7 days of payment to be eligible for a refund as per the guidelines above.
  • Cancellations after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by the Institute

  • If a course or service is canceled by MedIIT Quality Education Institute, students will receive a full refund of the paid amount.

5. Disclaimers

  • Refunds will not be granted for failure to complete the course due to personal reasons.
  • The institute reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • Decisions made by the institute regarding refunds and cancellations will be final and binding.
